Microsoft Copilot for Real Estate Agents

Microsoft's AI assistant. The natural pick if your business runs on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

What's new

  • October 17, 2026: Skills are coming to Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, rolling out from October to mid-November. A skill holds task-specific instructions, plus optional files, and Copilot uses it automatically when your request matches. You can also pick one from the new Agents and Skills section, or turn off automatic use. It's a good way to keep a standard format for seller updates or market summaries.
  • October 17, 2026: Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint on desktop now has a 'Clarify my thinking' skill (formerly called GrillMe). It asks you questions to sharpen your ideas before you present. Try it on a listing presentation or buyer seminar deck.
  • October 16, 2026: In Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat on the web, you can now select Sources under a personalized answer and open the Personalization tab. It shows which custom instructions, saved memories and past chats shaped the answer, and you can delete saved memories from there. It only appears when memory is on. Take a minute now and then to clear out old client details or outdated market notes.
  • October 15, 2026: Microsoft showed 'Hybrid Intelligence' for Copilot on Windows: it will be able to find files on your PC and take actions, like gathering documents, renaming and zipping them, and drafting an email. Rolling out over the next couple of months.
  • October 15, 2026: A new Windows 11 search bar with quick actions (settings, sliders, even sending a text) arrives this fall.
