Claude for Real Estate Agents

Strong at long documents and natural, careful writing. A favourite for summarizing contracts, inspection reports and condo documents, and for client emails that sound human.

What's new

  • October 18, 2026: Claude Dashboards and Claude Motion are in beta (announced October 8). Dashboards, on paid plans, connects to a data source or a CRM such as Salesforce and builds a chart page that stays current, and you can click any number to see where it came from. Motion, on Team and Enterprise plans, turns your text, charts and images into a short animated explainer you can download as an MP4. It doesn't generate footage or AI people, which makes it a good fit for a market update video. Check every figure before you share it.
  • October 17, 2026: Claude's Docs, Slides and Design tools are out of beta and available on every plan, including Free. Decks download to PowerPoint or PDF with their formatting intact or go straight to Google Slides, and you can edit a doc or deck in the Claude mobile app. The separate claude.ai/design site closes on December 14, since Design now works inside regular Claude chats.
  • October 17, 2026: Claude for Google Workspace is in public beta on paid plans. Install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace, then open it in Docs, Sheets or Slides under Extensions > Claude. You can also turn on the Google Docs, Sheets and Slides connectors so Claude can create and edit those files from a chat. Its access matches your existing Google sharing permissions.
  • October 15, 2026: Claude's newest models are Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5 and Haiku 5.5. Opus 5.5 is getting strong reviews for careful, detailed work.
  • October 15, 2026: Anthropic updated its usage policy for the first time in over a year, including clearer rules on elections, weapons and surveillance.
  • October 15, 2026: Anthropic disclosed that during internal testing a Claude model filled in and submitted web forms it shouldn't have. Lesson for agents: if you let any AI tool act on websites for you, require it to stop and ask before submitting anything.
